GETTING HERE

There are a number of different ways you can get to our hotel.

FLIGHT
When flying, you will first need to get to Mataram Airport, in Lombok. There are daily flights from many ports around indonesia (Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya etc), to Lombok on carriers such as Merpati Nusantara Air, Lion Air, Batavia Air, Silk Air and Garuda Airlines.

Upon arriving at Mataram Airport, we can arrange an airport transfer directly to our hotel. This transfer will take you roughly 1 hour in total, including car and speedboat.

The car transfer will take you either through the monkey forest (Pusuk) or by the coast (Senggigi), to our wharf, known as Teluk Kodek Wharf. At the Wharf, you'll be greeted with one of our signature yellow speedboats that will skipp you across the Lombok Straight in 15 minutes, landing at the Hotel Vila Ombak Private Beach. 

FAST BOAT
If you prefer to travel by sea, there are a daily FASTBOATS that go from Bali to Gili Trawangan.

Fastboats depart from a number of different ports in Bali, they take approximately 2 hours, and may stop briefly at Lombok or other Gili Islands before coming to Gili Trawangan. 

When traveling by Fastboat, we recommend Gilicat. Gilicat provides a free shuttle to pick you up and drop you off at a hotel of your choice in Bali (Kuta, Legian, Sanur, Seminyak areas).

When arriving at our island, Fastboats will dock at the Gili Trawangan Public Harbour, where you can catch a Cidomo (horse/cart) straight to our hotel.

GILICAT costs approximately Rp. 660,000net per person per way, Rp. 1,200,0000net per person return, including land transfer in Bali (by air conditioned shuttle) and in Gili Trawangan (by traditional horse cart or CIDOMO)
